My process is precise, small and beautiful. Seeing the most simple and indulgent of ingredients transform into a hot golden goo, set into ingots of chewy gold.
I make everything in small batches in copper pans carried lovingly home from their birth place in Villedieu-Les-Poêles.
Every piece is hand cut and wrapped.
French copper pans and organic British dairy produce collide to produce something which I hope quite simply makes people happy.
